Service Fees for employers
buyers (employers/clients), fees are generally 3% of the purchase amount,
Service Fees for freelancers
Merch Pocket charges freelancers a flat 10% commission on all earnings, meaning you keep 90% of every project.
Subscription fees
There are no upfront, sign-up, or subscription fees for regular users.
Withdrawal
User Verification
User verification is required to withdraw funds in your bank account.
Withdrawal Time
“No waiting! Once the buyer marks the project complete, your payment goes straight to your account and ready for withdrawal.
(Minimum Withdrawal Amount -₹1000)
Withdrawal Fees
Depending on the payment method (PayPal, Payoneer, Bank Transfer), there may be additional fees, though these are from the processor, not Merch Pocket

Safety & Support
1. Cancel Projects
As a employer/buyer or client, you can cancel the project/service order if you think it didn’t meet your requirements and create a dispute.
2. Dispute
Both parties can submit a dispute during a project/Service. Merch Pocket will check the dispue internally for the resolution
3. Secured Payment
Merch Pocket holds funds until the project is completed, ensuring payment is secured once the client approves the work.
4. Report
You should not share your personal details and payment should be done with merch pocket only. Report if anyone ask you for personal details or payment outside Merch Pocket.
