Project Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our paid digital advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through strategic campaign management.
The selected professional will be responsible for audience segmentation, sales funnel development, ad copywriting, creative strategy, retargeting campaigns, landing page coordination, conversion tracking, and budget allocation. Experience with pixel integration, campaign analytics, A/B testing, and lead nurturing systems is critical.
This project requires a strong analytical mindset combined with creative advertising expertise to continuously refine campaigns based on performance metrics. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to lower acquisition costs while scaling profitable campaigns for business growth.
